China Energy, Real Estate and Investment Opportunities

Dear friends, I write about a bioenergy talks we’ve with innovative Finnish companies. The long list of opportunities in China made me write this blog for your information. We would like to know about agricultural straw and other materials burned without efficient heat and electricity generation. We’re able to deliver 1 to 20 MW units for heat and electricity co-generation

The heat can transformed for cooling by reverse operation and the use of CO2. During the warm season with not need for district heating, the bioenergy plant is driving energy to air conditioning.

For planning purposes, please collect information about agricultural waste sources with high energy content. Agricultural waste co-generation is valuable in rural areas. Distributed energy production opens up new avenues for small scale industry development outside the big cities.

Wood waste is another area of interest. Sawmills and furniture manufacturing are potential prospects. We can dehydrate mud (with high energy content) from riverbeds and turn it to energy. That’s a very new concept and should have a big impact for small scale energy production. Bangladesh, Vietnam and Southeast Asian countries can benefit from this. The same applies to areas in Africa and South America.

For the time being, please, collect background information about different bioenergy source concentrations, and especially those wasted without any efficient use. Pictures and drawings will help us to understand the cultural differences.

Small villages, hospitals, schools, hotels, government, municipality and military units in rural areas could take advantage of these units: 1 – 20 MW. The size of the plants is determined and optimized around the availability of energy resource fragments. The technology can “burn to heat” multiple source materials.

They key words are bioenergy, ecological villages, new residential areas…

Another interesting application are greenhouses in need of heating during the cold season, or if that isn’t a problem, then all food production units that require steam and heat and especially those located in rural areas. The availability of distributed energy enables the development of a food based industries in a rural area. Not all industries have not to be concentrated to urban and crowded areas.

This approach and concept could provide new ways to increase employment in rural areas. Finland provides an important example. We are a bioenergy superpower with a highly dispersed community structure. Finland has an energy intensive industry structure and is a big energy consumer. This Nordic country has developed an infrastructure where economical development is quite evenly distributed. This is to a certain extent related to the technical infrastructure developed by Finnish entrepreneurs.

The socio-political impact could be tremendous for rural China, India and Southeast Asian countries. The distributed energy models work as well in Germany, Sweden, UK, France, US, Canada, Japan, Australia and Spain.

We are ready to inform about the International Team working with an Investment Opportunities Portal. The Team discloses Real Estate Objects, Innovative Companies and Projects. We’ve investors, architects, business consultants, innovators, regional development experts and knowledge workers ready to help International clients.

One part is to attract investors to Finland but we are also looking at high-value and innovative opportunities in Asia, China, India and Africa. The team functions as an information brokerage that evaluates potential investment objects.

We provide feasibility studies, technical studies and business planning. The idea is to improve the decision making process: investors and sellers meet, negotiate contracts and get the projects started much faster than before.

We’ve studied the vast and complex field for several years and are now ready to embrace the opportunities. We see this as a new development in International trade. Finnish and Nordic companies can take advantage of global investment capital. Our services will extend this to SMEs.

FIVE STAR HOTEL

I will also write about concepts for five star hotels in context of touring and tourism development (co-investment true investors searching for objects).

There are solutions available to help the Shanxi province state owned enterprises, how to get to the overseas stock market. The planning process can include infusion of Finnish, Nordic or European knowledge and business expertise to make the investments attractive for overseas investors and venture capitalists.

Our approach is un-orthodox; we have a flexible and multitalented global network and efficient methods for distribution of information to high-touch, high-tech and value adding partners.

Let me say a few words about the tourism development. We did speak about the eco village approach during your visit today. We start to target niche market segments with special needs.

Segmentation works in China due to its huge population base. Our expertise focuses on “gated or limited access communities” for special interest groups: sports, education, adult learning, congress, rural development, SME institutes (Small and Medium Size Enterprises), Senior Villages, Tracking etc. Size of the real estates; we provide tailor made solutions for 500 to 5 000 people.

We’re packing 300 flowers into our car, and driving to Sotkamo early in the morning.

I think, it’s important to get these ideas written, you can distribute them through your channels to people that could start the necessary processing in China. We’ve a similar projects for North Africa with an international trading house.

AS, have nice mid summer and greetings to your wife, you’re a good looking couple.

Best regards,
Helge
