Dear Biotechies,
Wouldn't it be lovely if you developed a "user friendly" biotech support? You know, one where those who like to get on-line advice about complex biotech issues, would be able to get into a chat or Jaiku and not catch the next flight.
What if biotechies could get the help in a timely and efficient way instead of jumping through a millions of pages to get one simple answer.
Today, I got the idea to start writing about it. These kind of models work in Web 2.0 and Social Media circles. Why not in Biotech as well? We have spoken about it in our think-tank group, but never really got down to how to do it in practice.
