Innovations and HACCP at Paper Mill

Innovations don't happen - they are made

Today has been a day of innovative insights. We had a product development meeting early this morning and came up with a service concept for producing the HACCP for a paper mill and how to adapt the TMBC Mobile auditing service to the process automation.

It's important to adapt the information to the computer control system. People responsible for the smooth operation of the plant have to know what happens.

There is an early warning signal feature in the auditing and added value from PMEU's. We found a way to integrate all this to a comprehensive crisis management system.
  1. We make a critical path analysis
  2. We establish a predictive model
  3. There is information available for various levels of alert
More about this in future posts...
