Basecamp as Biotech Project Management Tool

Monday 26, November. One month to Christmas. I had a productive week-end. The weather didn't motivate to go out. Spent my time to work with "IBM TMBC PMEU ATP Mobile Analytics" Business Plan.

We've superb results from using Basecamp as a project management tool. Thanks goes to the team. Knowledge workers are a special kind of people. Innovation isn't easy.

It takes time to get started and motivated to walk towards a unknown destiny, but when the group gets over the hill, there is tremendous speed. Today has been one of my most productive mondays ever.

Glad to hear that at least somebody can manage projects with this tool. I couldn't. They don't have due dates for tasks and they have no Gantt charts. And if one of your clients already has his own Basecamp account that's where the real nightmare starts. I find Wrike much safer and handier in this regard.

Ramster, thanks for your comment. We've a special case with a distributed group and this was a way to collect the information and to continue to work on it.

It has clearly been a meeting place for us. Good to know about alternatives.
